The Company has been notified that Rami Ryhanen, the Company's Chief Executive has sold 49,020 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Richard Parkinson, non-executive director of the Company at a price of 51.5 pence per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of the Mr Ryhanen and Mr Parkinson are as follows following the transaction.
