Mr Richard Parkinson, non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company of the following information required to be disclosed under schedule 2(g) of the Aim Rules for Companies:
Mr Parkinson was a director of I Will Not Complain Pte. Ltd ("I Will Not Complain") which voluntarily applied to be struck off the Register of Companies and dissolved on 25th May 2007. I Will Not Complain was a Singaporean company limited by guarantee which provided motivational training. It ceased trading with no contingent claims against I Will Not Complain, their former shareholders or directors.
