The Company was today informed of the sale of 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at 44p by Richard Parkinson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 7 January 2010.
As a result of this purchase, Mr Parkinson's beneficial holding in the Company decreases to 1,288,764 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 7.41% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Parkinson's ordinary shares are held through Orient Equity Partners.
