MCB Finance Group is a consumer finance company providing fast, convenient, easily understood and flexible credit solutions under the Credit24 brand to retail customers in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Loans are offered online through the Company's Credit24-branded websites as well as through certain distribution partners.

The Company advanced in excess of €40 million of loan principal during 2009 and has to date served over 300,000 customers. Customers are evenly split between age groups and gender, and come from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds. Most customers are employed. A significant proportion of our lending is to returning customers.

Since launching the business in late 2006, the Company has become one of the leading participants in the non-standard segment of the consumer credit sector. This segment is typically under-served by larger financial institutions, and attracts customers who value the flexibility and convenience of the products offered.

MCB Finance's team has strong credit, marketing, technology, collection and customer care competencies. The Company's highly developed proprietary technology platform supports our credit extension, portfolio monitoring and CRM processes. We work closely with local partners to handle specialist areas such as collection and invoicing. This combination of organisational experience, technology and partnership allows us to deliver a high level of customer service at very low cost.
